By using SF2X — the public conversational brain, member accounts, the Origin Signature, SF2X-Creator, or any SF2X service — you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service. You must be at least 13 (or the higher minimum age in your region) and old enough to form a binding contract where you live. If you use SF2X for an organization, you confirm you're authorized to bind it.
SF2X is an AI platform: a public, truth-native memory you can talk to and explore (usable without an account), optional member accounts with a private memory of your own, and creative tools for artists. Features are offered on an "as available" basis and may change, pause, or end. We may set rate limits and usage ceilings to keep the service sustainable.
Member sign-in is passwordless: we email you a one-time code. Keep access to your email secure — anyone who can receive your code can sign in as you. You're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at campiper84@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access. One person, one account, unless we agree otherwise.

We may rate-limit, suspend, remove content, or terminate access for violations, and may report unlawful activity.
You own your creative work — the songs, lyrics, recordings, writing, and content you create. SF2X claims no ownership of it. You grant SF2X a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to host and process your content solely to operate the service for you (including, where you've consented, storing it in your private memory). You can delete your content and memories at any time. You're responsible for having the rights to what you upload, and for not uploading anything unlawful or infringing.
SF2X, SF2X-Prime, the brain, the engines, the models and corpus, the 8-field design language, and all underlying technology are SF2X's property. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service — not to the underlying technology. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, scrape, or train any model on SF2X, its outputs, or its internals.
AI replies can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date — use judgment, and verify anything important. The Origin Signature and SF2X's "field" or planetary perceptions are symbolic tools for reflection and creativity — not facts, and not medical, psychological, financial, legal, or other professional advice. SF2X is not your doctor, lawyer, therapist, or financial adviser, and is not liable for decisions you make based on its outputs.
Core public use is free. If paid features are offered, prices, billing terms, and any refund policy will be shown at purchase, and payments are processed by Stripe — we never store your full card details. Taxes may apply. Unless stated or required by law, paid amounts are non-refundable once the service is delivered.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate or suitable for any purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SF2X and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or goodwill. To the extent any liability is found, our total liability for all claims is capped at the greater of the amount you paid SF2X in the 3 months before the claim, or US$50. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SF2X and its operator from claims and costs arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these Terms or of others' rights.
You can stop using SF2X and delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for the one-click export and erase tools). We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service or its users. Sections that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law) survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Provider's home jurisdiction in the United States (specific state and venue to be set with counsel and stated here), without regard to conflict-of-laws rules; mandatory consumer protections in your own country still apply to you. We may update these Terms; we'll change the version and date above and give notice of material changes. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Questions: campiper84@gmail.com.
